ELIGIBILITY: Open to all PBCGA members and non-members.
ENTRY FEE: $150 member/$200 nonmember per player includes all cart and greens fees, prizes, and practice balls. Entry Fee must accompany application form. No late, faxed or telephone entries will be accepted.

COURSE: PGA National – Estates Course (7736 Bay Hill Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33412)
FORMAT: 36-hole Individual Modified Stableford Championship

DIVISIONS: Three Separate Gross Divisions:
- Senior (50-59)
- Super Senior (60+)
All players will compete in the age division commensurate with their age as of the first day of the Championship.
PRACTICE ROUND: Players may arrange a practice round by contacting PGA National – Estates Course at (561) 627-1614 on an individual basis. The rate for practice rounds is $35 + tax per player, cart fee included.
TOURNAMENT TEE TIMES: First and final round will be 9 a.m. shotgun starts. A tie for the championship will be decided by a sudden-death playoff immediately following the conclusion of play.

Code of Conduct: All PBCGA participants are expected to abide by the PBCGA Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct.
- The PBCGA has adopted the note to Rule 14-3 regarding the usage of distance-measuring devices in all PBCGA competitions.
- Golf carts are required to be used during competition.
- Caddies are not permitted in PBCGA tournament play.
- Proper attire is required at all times and failure to comply may result in disqualification (see Dress Code Section of Code of Conduct).
NO SHOW POLICY: If you find that you cannot compete in the event, you MUST complete the withdrawal online or notify the PBCGA Executive Director at (561) 625-0400 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the event. If you cannot compete and do not withdraw properly, you are considered a “no show,” and you may be subject to a $100 fine and/or suspension following a review by the PBCGA Competition Committee. If applicable the fine is to be paid in full and payable to the PBCGA Scholarship Fund before you are eligible to compete in any future PBCGA events.
