ABOUT QUAIL VALLEY

An Exclusive Family Club
Quail Valley began in the year 2000 under the vision and guidance of Steve Mulvey, who had deep roots in Vero Beach dating back to his family owning part of the Brooklyn Dodgers and Los Angeles Dodgers and instrumental in bringing the team to our area for Spring Training.  Partnering with Kevin Given, along with 30 founding members, they developed what is one of the most unique club concepts in the country.  Today, Quail Valley offers three locations to its golfing and social memberships.

The first property - the Golf Club - opened on January 21, 2002 with a beautiful and challenging course featuring multiple elevations and a Shinnecock-style clubhouse. Since opening, the Golf Club has seen many updates and changes to the landscape including a 6-hole par 3 course surrounding the driving range and a state-of-the-art instruction facility aptly named the Learning Center.  The golf course has played host site to a number of USGA and FSGA Championships, along with annual hosting its own collegiate event.

In February of 2002, the ownership purchased a 10-acre site in the heart of the beachside district of the Riomar neighborhood.  This site was leveled to the foundations and rebuilt to Steve and Kevin's specifications.  The River Club opened on July 4, 2003 and now features wonderful amenities; 43 slip marina, overnight lodging, tennis, fitness center & spa, lap pool, tiki bar and multiple dining outlets.

Quail Valley further enhanced upon increasing its amenities and services for its members when in November, 2014, Steve and Kevin purchased the 1.2-acre property on Royal Palm Pointe - right across the Indian River from the River Club property.  This 47,000 square foot club features an additional lodge with 11 units and a signature restaurant named after Steve Mulvey's beloved Saint Bernard "Humphrey" and Kevin Given's adorable Labrador "Ruby".
